Tenaris is the leading producer of sucker rods for oil and gas drilling in Latin America. These and other accessories related to its Oilfield Services business are produced at the Metalmecanica plant in Argentina. Tenaris also produces pipe fittings and flanges related to its Process & Power Plant Services business at the Riga plant in Mexico, which was acquired in June 2001.

Tenaris's procurement subsidiary, exiros, operates a specialist procurement portal and, in addition to providing a centralised procurement capability to Tenaris, provides procurement agency services to other industrial companies principally in Latin America.
